Used the pedal twice. The first time for a total of two hours (but considering it’s a volume pedal the total time that it was actively/physically used was likely a matter of seconds). The second time I went to use it the “teeth” that engage the potentiometer started slipping over the potentiometer. Likely the potentiometer became loose and can likely be tightened but I wasn’t about to open the pedal up and see given how new the pedal is. The pedal looks very pleasing aesthetically but is very light weight and feels quite cheap because of that. My other experiences with volume pedals have been vastly different in terms of reliability and construction. My Boss fv-500 is built like a tank (it’s just huge). My Dunlop dvp4 is a tank too (just tiny). I was hoping to find some thing that was a bit larger than the Dunlop with the same built quality. I’ll keep looking. I emailed Xotic support three days ago and included a video of the issue but haven’t heard back.
