Super small lightweight 2lbs simple bass amp. The sound is excellent the tone controls are simple, features are basic. Great quality build feels very solid in every aspect. Only possible drawbacks maybe fan noise is audible but low, plus the amp heats up warm which may make it not the best choice for outdoor gigs on a hot day. Comparable to Trace Elliot Elf in every way including quality. Could be a gig saver if packed as a back up amp
Sound
I have played this amp with my Hartkey 2x10", or tc electronic 2x8" speaker cabs. Because these are both 8ohm speakers this amp will drive both together to good volume level. Have tryed it on my Ampeg 112 which is a 4 ohm cab still sounds great. I'm sure this is plenty of power to run a 4x10" cab or 2x12" to fairly high volume levels. Manufacturer does NOT recommend 2 ohm cabinet load, that would overload the amp.
Features
This is a super simple amp. Tone controls are limited no fancy features. Just plug in and play easy. It does have a low impedance XLR direct out that every good quality amp these days should have.
Ease of Use
There is a signol light indicator next to the Pre-gain knob. It shows green for normal operation, and will turn Red if you are overloading the pre section.
Quality
Really looks and feels solid knobs are smooth and the whole case is Metal so it feels like a 2 lb rock in your hand.
Value
Very good value in it's price range
Manufacturer Support
I have no experience with Warwick this is the first product I have ever purchased from them.
The Wow Factor
I considered buying a Trace Elliot Elf amp but I really think this is just as good for a lower price.
