The ambiance of this thing has such a mood to it. If you are someone that struggles with having emotions than I prescribe this pedal to you. I can do that because my wife is a psychologist.

Musical Background:

Ex-touring musician

Musical Style:

Hardcore/punk and now worship.

As a reverb freak, I own a couple other reverb pedals... some of my favorites being the meris mercury 7, strymon nightsky, Empress reverb, source audio ventris just to name a few... and something about those pedals that the R1 does not have is how prestine and high quality the audio is... in other words , this pedal is not that high fidelity after all... some of it's algorithms are cool but oh man... the spring and plate are mediocre at best... in my opinion this pedal can't really stand side by side with the others I mentioned... the sound quality is closer to a TC Hall of fame... which is ok... but not great like a strymon or meris pedal... for 350 dlls there are better choices out there...
