I've had this mic for about 2 months and just can't say enough about it!! I've work in the recording industry for years and work at studios that had huge mic lockers and this one of my favorite mics right now. I can use on anything and it just sounds amazing!

I bought the WA-87 in Aug 2020 and have had the mic three months. I've been writing, playing guitar & bass for decades and am picky when it comes to recording instruments and vocals in the studio. Previously I recorded vocals with the 414 and was satisfied with that sound. But this mic adds a different flavor. This mic came with a shockmount that works well and is easy to hookup. I've recorded lead vocals and background vocals and this microphone is powerful. It picks up everything! It has crystal clear, smooth sound reproduction on my tracks. It also comes with a beautiful wooden carrying case to protect it. I recommend it highly.
Sound
I have not called customer service yet. So I cannot comment on Warm Audio's customer service. Have read in other reviews that their customer service is highly rated.
Ease of Use
This mic is useful for lead vocals, background vocals and instrument micing (guitar, bass and drums).
Quality
This is built like a tank! Love this color.
Value
You get your money's worth with this mic compared to mics costing five times the price.

incredible sound, not even for the price just an incredible sound in general. I regularly record on the Neumman version of this mic in the studio. The Warm Audio 87 was recommended to me both by a music shop and a friend months before purchasing. Decided to buy it while recording remotely during quarantine and LOVE the results! Absolutely worth the spend. It's clear and bright and handles big vocals well and softer dynamics even better. If you don't like true to sound vocals and want something muddier, this is not the mic for you.

Dealing with TLM 103 then to wa series mic, I had to find the right settings to bring the mic alive. I had to put more power on 48v etc to push it to get what I would get out of the 103. comparison side to side test no plugins etc.... to close! to close! yes its worth it!
