I just bought it & I am going to have to buy a different one now because this one just doesnt work.
Sound
I am very unhappy with this product. I spent the extra money on this mic thinking it would be great and the truth is I had a $50 mic that worked 100 times better. If you are not directly in front of the receiver it will cut out. Defeats the purpose of having a wireless mic!!!!
Ease of Use
It has yet to perform the way it should.

"LOW QUALITY, HIGH PRICE."

Overall: 0.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
This was an instant failure for my freind. He tried it for two weeks to see if by reading the instructions and tweeking it to no avail. He threw it in the garbage and purchased a more expensive sure system. I would do the same but it would not have taken me two weeks.
Sound
I've heard $50.00 mics that sound better.
Features
I had no problem with it's features. the only reason I gave it an 8 was because i literally had to stand in front of it to get it to work.
Ease of Use
No. The learning curve does not exist to me. For the price paid, the sound achieved will never be more than mediocre and because the signal can be easily blocked, it limits it's usabiliy greatly.
Quality
Although it has a very proffessional and neat apearance, it is unreliable due to the fact that you can't use it fare from the transmiter.
Value
Absolutely not. Low sound quality and poor usability make this product a waste of money for the price tag.
Manufacturer Support
They were courteous, accessible and as helpfull as the limitations of this system would allow them. The problem could not be solved due to the nature of the way the signa is transfered.
The Wow Factor
Once you get past the looks, it is not worth the hassle.
