I think I'll retain it till it breaks...
Sound
Great sound. Very clear and well balanced. I'm loving it..
Features
No accessories included. Would have preferred if there were a pair of monitor cables to plug it in. Would also be helpful if Tannoy would provide recommendations for sound cards that pair well with the monitors.
Quality
For the price, its outstanding
Value
Outstanding value for money.
Manufacturer Support
Out of the pair of monitors that I bought, one monitor was defective. Put a request to have it replaced with zzounds and it was promptly replaced.

I loved the fact it was self-powered, and bought it as a single-speaker system to amplify and enrich the sound of my Logitech Squeezebox internet radio. It sounds great, and the price is low.
