"Excellent Harmonies...if you can sing on key."

I've been performing for the last 40 years in band and single acoustic situations. This pedal would fit both gigs nicely. I read a couple of negative reviews and really scratch my head... This pedal sounds GREAT...unless u sing off key. I from time to time are guilty of that and did NOT want a auto correct pedal, but rather a great practice and performance tool which sounds very authentic. Put it on the guitar setting and play. You won't find better bang for the buck!

I very happy with this pedal. You can use it very lightly and gain a very professional sound with a good ear. If you want a harmony it will sing a harmony with your voice. Just sing in key!! enjoy

"Great pedal with one tiny flaw...maybe"

This is a great harmonizer. My only issue with it is that, in my experience, it is the first pedal I have ever seen that does not have the option to run it on a battery. Now, if I want to use it onstage, I have to start with extension chords and THAT is a big hassle. Having said that, it is very easy to learn how to use it right out of the box with very few peeks at the manual. You DO NOT have to stamp on it ( like some old school pedals ) to turn it on and off. And, if you are not like every musician in the world and you don't have a gig bag...you can pop this baby in your back pocket and go ( or get a gig bag ). For the cost, I SHOULD have the choice to run it on a battery, but if you're on a budget or just plain poor, like me, you're not going to find anything that compares. For an additional $150 you can get one that has the dual operating ability. Or you can buy a quality extension cord for $20.

I would say my original music is in the jam band genre. Right now, obviously with Covid, I have not been able to do live music,

acceptable harmonies, easy to use, no learning curve. I was expecting unisons as well as harmonies and this box doesn't give those, it requires another box. That means I'll have a number of guitar effects stompers and now a number of vocal stompers. A situation designed for confusion.

I've watched numerous videos of this specific pedal on youtube. I thought it was what I was definitely looking for. As I hooked it up and began testing out, I lost confidence in the quality of the finished sound. Even at the lowest settings, it still sounds WAY TOO ELECTRONIC and loses the hope for adding a real life harmony to the live performance. Any way, the product is constructed well and I'm keeping my C1 cause I love it and it has actually helped be learn when I'm slightly off key.

"Why the constant "Hawaiian" harmonies?"

I found the harmonies to be realistic enough...but my problem with the unit is the fixed kinds of harmonies....always thirds....with no variations. There are other harmony formats which could have been added in...fourths and fifths in various combinations. In fact, a pedal just for these "exotic" kinds of harmonies might have been manufactured. Still, for the price, it is aremarkable vocai pedal.

I watched a bunch of videos and read a bunch of reviews and kept hem hawing over weather or not to get this or any other harmonizer. Well at least I scratched the itch. It just sounds fake. The harmony parts sound like they've been auto tuned. In no way shape or form does it natural. Maybe if your playing bubblegum pop or really electronic music it might work for you. But if your playing guitar based rock, forget about it. You won't be fooling anyone. If you can live with the fake sounding electronic voices go for it. I couldn't.
