I was skeptical about reverb pedals as I’ve owned and demod plenty of modeling amps with onboard reverb that didn’t cut it. I was on the verge of selling my Morgan MVP23 so I could go back to a Fender amp with real spring reverb but I’m glad I tried this pedal first. I mostly use the spring reverb and it sounds as good as any Fender reverb tank I’ve ever used but even better because you have more ability to shape the sound. Extra points for having customizable settings you can download into the pedal, although I’ve yet to use it.
