Received mine today. First Taylor, fourth acoustic electric guitar. I simply can't put it down. It plays, sounds, feels, resonates, and looks better than other similar types of acoustic guitars in other, more expensive variants. The necks is superb. Frets are amazing, the fit and finish are utilitarian but very luxurious. I can't say enough positive about the beautiful West African Ebony fretboard, the deep orange and highly figured mahogany top, and the amazing feel of the very stable, and uniquely designed neck. The sound... Oh, it puts the Gibson G45 to shame. There's a rich, deep, very resonant tone that the mahogany gives... It's like having the best of the spruce top, but with more mid range and low end. The appointments are wonderful, and the standard hard bag was a delightful inclusion. Well worth the street price in fit, function, and playability. You must own one to believe.
Sound
It has a much deeper, woody, clear tone... It performs on par with my Gibson G45.
Features
It's size makes it a joy to play. The fact that they not only scaled down the Grand Symphony model, but made the back a bit more convex, result in a small guitar that projects itself and sounds like many more expensive full sized models.
Ease of Use
Playability was 100 percent, right out of the box. The strings were all in pitch, but slightly flat. I use an alternate tuning anyway, so it didn't take long to get it to where I like it.
Quality
It is a very solid guitar, with the key components made from solid woods. The back and sides are laminate, but that only helps focus more resonance and response from the gorgeous orange-hued tropical mahogany top.
Value
This mini guitar is very well worth the price, and performs as well-off not a little better (more uniquely) than my Gibson G45.
Manufacturer Support
Corresponded to them initially via email after I had registered. They answered all of my questions.
The Wow Factor
The top is gorgeous, the back and sides are beautiful and highly figured. These features are more common to the full sized, more expensive models.

Quality guitar, great sound for its size! Has good sound amplified or not. Tuner works well.
