Sound
I just received my Corvette Yellow Switch vibracell Guitar! You cannot buy a better guitar for the money. Don't let the low price bother you. This is a worthy axe.
Features
It is made of a polyurethane resin (plastic). Molded into one piece. You would think that it would be heavy, but it has a hollow foam section inside the body that makes it well balanced. It has a single Humbucker with coil tap so you can get that heavy or thin sound. This guitar has no hum, buzz or scratch. It is cleaner that any of my expensive guitars. It seems like a small guitar at first, but it has a full scale fingerboard. It is because of it's ergonomic styling. It is very easy to play and the controls are in the right place. I recommend it for a beginner or seasoned player. It has Grover tuners and a graphite nut. It came with a great "Switch" strap and gig bag. I only wish that we could make this guitar in America. The design of this guitar is made for the player in mind. It has taken the best Ideas from the legendary guitars. Gibson tilt headstock, fingerboard, and pickup with solid body feedback. Fender Tele bridge (through the body). Volume and tone is like a Strat. The styling is like a Music Man or Paul Reed Smith. It is very easy to play. It is good for a person who is not large although I am.
Quality
The Guitar came with minimal setup. I just needed to lower the bridge a little. It came with the Allen wrenches to adjust the bridge and the truss rod in the neck. The neck did not need adjustment. I like my action low. The body is not painted. It is the color of the resin through and through. You must like bright colors or get use to it.

I own two. I love them! I am a Les Paul man, always have been. But these things play great and sound surprisingly good. They look really cool onstage too.
