I am a professional guitar player also played bass in alot of bands over the last 40 years. I have high end fender guitars and I will say this bass plays great. It's light. Neck feels as good as any p bass I played. Looks great. This will be my new recording bass for a while.

This bass plays good . It's not too heavy. Around 8 lbs. setup out of the box was good. Fret work is excellent. And the pickup sounds good. I use it for recording and it excels at that. I have been a professional musician for 40 years. I do cecomend this bass .. looks great too.
