This interface has been cr*p since the day I bought it. It's all gimmick and no substance. I was excited that this was a solution for latency issues over USB in high demand scenarios. Sadly, not only did this show up to be worse but...caused more crashes than I've ever experienced from an audio driver. BTW, there is no such thing as firmware updates, of contact with support. They ignore you entirely. If you buy this, don't expect much.
