Very disappointed. You pay a premium to get a better product and it doesn't sound any better than my Shure SE215's that cost $79. Unfortunately, you can't return these kinds of items. Shure should be ashamed of touting extended bass response. The specs say down to 20 Hz. Not even close. I'd be surprised if I'm getting anything below 400 Hz. But I'm stuck with them. I guess you have to pay $1000 dollars to hear any bass in the earbuds. No fault of zZounds. They were great! Quick ship.
