"One Size Does NOT FIT ALL!"

I am satisfied that I got a good deal for the money. The "comfort angle" I will have to work on until I either get it right or find a manufacturer who has. I hope it will be Shure. I haven't found a better "sound microphone system" that is better. I have 4 handhelds. Just needed the "head mic" so I don't stick my patrner in the ear with my "long-neck banjo."
Sound
Sound is spontaneous and natural when I use it for Gospel Bluegrass while playing banjo
Features
The foam piece that goes over the microphone to reduce hiss and extraneous noise keeps falling off. Have to tape it on to keep it on. There are no "accessories" and for the price should include, at least, a bag to carry the microphone headpiece and body pack.
Ease of Use
Easy to use, instructions are easy to follow, if you bother to read them.
Quality
It's "Shure" need I say more?
Value
Good price for he value.
Manufacturer Support
HAven't needed it, but I suspect that it is as good as the product.
The Wow Factor
I "wanted it," I "bought it." I would, however, prefer if the head piece could be adjusted. One size doesn't fit all. I find part of the ear piece in my ear, I believe it would be better if the "boom" were on a "sliding" mount because all ears are not either the same size nor are they in hte same place...realtive to comfort.

Very good quality in sound. Doesn't go up and down like old wireless micro.

The foam cover keeps coming off.

The wireless micro works really well and so far the only problem we have experienced is the cover coming off micro.
