This bass looks like your typical jazz bass at first glance, but upon further inspection it has a more modern style with the one piece pickguard that extends through the control cavity and the high mass bridge. The feel of the neck is slim and unbelievably smooth. The main seller for me about this bass is the pickups and the push/pull tone knob. Good chance im buying the sea foam j5 very soon. I love this one that much.

Schecter makes a wonderful, balanced and easily played instrument. I have the Damien series 4 with the stripper neck inlays- saw Dale Stewart of Seether use this to hammer the crowd down. Schecter yay!
