Once you string this guitar up with your favorite strings you won't be disappointed. I've been playing this at home for a couple of weeks and I tell you the humbuckers are quite versatile-jazz cleans to overdrive, you can wear this over your shoulder all night without switching guitars!

Musical Background:

Touring experience, local band grind....

Musical Style:

Jazz, Classic Rock

This model retains the 70s vibe from which it originated while sounding modern. The neck is fast. Strat-like. But fuller. Leo designed it himself. In the 70s lead guitar solos cut and sliced through the mix loud and clear. No smearing or blending-in like today. Jazz fusion guitar playerslike Lifetime, Zappa, John McLaughlin were way out front in the mix. I recommend this instrument as a step up from other budget models. There is a lot to grown into with it and should keep players who are keen to buy one satisfied. Powerful slicing sound. Fast neck. Gorgeous looking Buttermilk finish and tortoise pickguard. Quality throughout.

Out of the box, great setup! She’s pretty solid, I would say as heavy as any LP standard. Finish looks great, neck is great. All around really good bang for your buck. Make sure you grab a gig bag for it!
