The arm would not fully and securely connect to the desk clamp. It was like it just would not go in all the way and it wobbled and seemed like it would eventually bend or break. I sent it back and grabbed the Frameworks GFWMICBCBM2000 (Why does the model number have to be so long!) and it is of much much better quality for the exact same price.Maybe I got a clunker or a defective one, but I am very happy with the Frameworks and with zZounds for quickly and easily swapping it out for me.
