I would keep this guitar until the day i died if it doesnt eventually break
Sound
I mainly play heavy/death metal, and this guitar can do it all.Ive used other guitar like ibanez and esp, but for the price this is th best gutiar on the market
Features
Simple and straightforward, which means its simple to set up
Ease of Use
Pinch harmonics are a bit difficult, but sound great
Quality
This thing is bullet-proof. I dont think you could break it if you tried
Value
This guitar was cheap, so i thought it would be crappy, but it is the best one i own
Manufacturer Support
Never needed any parts or repairs, so i havent had to call for help or anything, but if i did, i would think the support would be pretty good
The Wow Factor
This is just a sexy beast of a guitar

Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
Sound
the duncan designed pickups are surprisingly hot sounding(especially when played through a marshall).
Features
Comes with a cheap cord. The grover tuners are ok.I added chrome plated pickup frames and white binding(pinstripe)to highlight the shape and make it look like paul stanleys. It makes the guitar look perfect!
Quality
noted some sloppy paint buidup on top of headstock and bottom right leg.(only visible up close).Overall black metallic finish kinda nice.
Value
For the price i have no regrets,But you have to buy the pro model. The standard special(with bolt on neck is garbage).
The Wow Factor
It is a looker! Deck it out like mine and it becomes STUNNING!

"Best for Less"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
i play this guitar in the same set with my Les Pual Gibson
Sound
ive played many guitars including fenders and gibson and this guitar is absaloutly mad!!! i bought the $500 cheap guitar and i use it every time i play live, the sound is great for hard rock and brilliant for melody's and ripping axe shredding solo's.
Features
light and very aggressive look!!! when you play this guitar live it hardly depense on your skill level, ive seen cut throat guitarist's look like legands using this guitar!!!
Ease of Use
light and flexible you can pull it apart and put it together in 10 mins, and the sound is absaloute to any!!!
Quality
Sound is perfect for Ballards and yet still perfect for aggresive heavy metal sound!!! Playing live and durability? i've smashed this guitar at the ends and chipped it to death and hell ive crashed it into walls and smashed up drum sets with it and yet she's still together and playing beautiful!!
Value
i got this guitar for $500 and it's worth hell of a lot more compared to my $1200 epiphone Les pual Gibson copy.
Manufacturer Support
never had to deal with silvertone becuase the guitar is still playing perfect so if i dont need to deal with them, the better the service!!
The Wow Factor
Sharp gutsy and balls to the wall, check out the lead guitarist ugly but check the guitar out lol!!!HOTTT

"Well, they ripped off Samick guitars"

Overall: 1.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I'm sort of mad. See, paul stanely says he designed these guitars. Well, if you look up Samick on yahoo (www.samickguitar.com) and look at the Cobra model, imagine the bottom cut to match the V, it's the same guitar. I just don't get why they stole most of that guitar. And this is the only guitar worth buying Silvertone makes. I'd second judge this guitar and play it first before buying.
Sound
it sounds good, but i've heard better sounding for 200 and lower. i.e. ESP LTD "50" models have a good sound and tone for what this guitar is trying to accomplish. And Dean's "X" models.. VX, ZX, and Cadillac X. but you have to deside for yourself

"If you find it buy it"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I plan I keeping these 2 guitars. I have a Epiphone Ace Frehley Les Paul, Washburn PS500, Fender Telecaster and Fender Stratocaster. I would compare the neck to a Fender.
Sound
I give the sound a 7. This guitar is great. I own both the Apocalyse Pro and Apocalypse Pro Cracked Mirror. The only thing I did to both was change the rear pickup to a Seymour Duncan JB, that is all you need and a good setup. Trust me you will be happy with the sound.
Features
I did buy it new years ago when it first came out, only came with a crappy cable and no guitar case. I bought 2 custom guitar cases for both my Apocalypses.
Ease of Use
The neck is superfast and action is nice and low. Very easy to play this guitar, like butter. It is very playable you will not put it down for hours if you buy one. Alot of fun to play.
Quality
Finish is a 10 on the Apocalyse Pro but the cracked mirror one I give a 9 only because you can see a few glue marks below the finish but it still looks awsome. I will not sell this guitar because I know it is rare and will be expensive soon. Very hard to find the cracked mirror version of the Apocalypse Pro now.
Value
Worth it!
Manufacturer Support
Never dealt with.
The Wow Factor
This is just a great guitar and gets much attention when seen.

"DUDE!!!!.....DUDE!!....DUDE!....Dude!!!....Dude!!...Dude!....this guitar is awsome"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Dude.... your psyco if this isent the best guitar you havent seen that is under 1000$( maybe more but if its 1000 bucks you better be getting quality)
Sound
I've just heard this guitar a couple of times but the sound just blows me away. its so much better then some of those crap 6-900 dollar guitars you see.
Features
Not sure...lots of people i know licked the overall package of the guitar
Quality
Now this is one damn fine guitar... the style is so over the top compared to any other guitar its just mind-blowing.not sure about the spec. for the body but it wouldn't seem to fit on your leg at all...but it does.
Value
this is just undeniable....my freind plays a 700$ guitar( which he bought for about 550$) and it plays like a 90$ walmart guitar compared to this monster of a guitar.... plus its only 300$( i've seen a partialy downgraded version for only 230$)
Manufacturer Support
if everything else is good then the lifetime warrenty better be.
The Wow Factor
I soooo cant wait til spring break when my parentels would buy it for me..... i cant wait....must..kill...for...guitar...something...
