I m new to workstations, and to Roland Keyboards. At first I was blown away with all this workstation was said to be able to do. Roland doesn't tell you the flaw that most of their work stations have where they run out of polyphony while your playing. More clearly, your playing a run or a chord progression and the sound drops out. Upon googling and YouTubing this issue I find this is a common and constant for Roland keyboards. At a $2100 price tag, IMHO that's ridiculous. I reached to Roland on this issue and they point this issue solely on me, saying to either use less layers (I seldom run more than 4, supposedly your allowed 16), less notes, or not to use the expression pedal as much. Roland customers deserve better in product quality and in customer supportThe positive here is zZounds, as they have worked endlessly to help out here. Just wish Roland Customer Support had the care that zZounds Reps do

I'm a professional keyboard and Piano player. The keybed of this thing it fells ok to me but not great. The Pianos are not the best but you can make it sound better. I really liked the El. pianos, Strings, Pads, Synthesizer and supernatural sounds. All are great! But if you put 3 layers together it starts to slow the polyphony. Touchscreen is fast and good, sampling is easy to use and you can add your own sounds and generate new patches. This is a lightweight keyboard and portable one. But is not good as the $4000. Korg Nautilus is better in my opinion. But for the price I'm happy.
