"Best distortion pedal for 80-90's metalhead!!!"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I have search distortion pedal for about a year. Before that I always wish to had Mesa Twin Pedal but the price is insane and it was discontinued product.
Sound
Sound so great! Its compatible to my distortion need in covering 80's rock/metal like Whitesnake, Skid Row, Helloween etc. When I need more drive and sustain for solo I boosted it with my digitech bad monkey. Recently my friend told me that it could sound different between hotbritish and other hotbritish. And when he compared his hotbritish with his friend's hotbritish he found out that his hotbritish is more dominant in low freq even when using the same settings and same guitar but he loves it. Any explanation about this?
Features
It's good, the most useful features is the countour knob :D
Ease of Use

Quality
Built like a tank... no need to worry.

Overall the pedal took some playing around to find the right sound, but after it was dialed in I can't play without it. Get product and I recomend it to a puriest who wants the great british sound!
Sound
The tone is great out of this unit. Perfect Marshal British sound. The pedal has great sustain and cut right through the mix. I use it with a Les Paul Studio and I can get the chunk I need for the heavier songs.
Features
The High and Lows knobs actually change the sound! I usually run the Lows higher then the High and I also use the mid boost and the Top End on Bright the voicing Fat and the mid boost at 7db. Great chunky sound!
Quality
Heavy duty construction, metal case it will stand the test of time.
Value
Was able to find a used one for $150, and it works like brand new!
Manufacturer Support
Haven't had a problem with it.
The Wow Factor
Pretty simple looking case and designs. Straight and to the point just how I like it.
