I play Jazz guitar (try to), and, like everyone else thought the "Tubes" were the way, but, it came down to "sound ". I've a 18" archtop, with Symr/Dncn Jazz pup, was okay with Fndr HtRd dlx, but when I got the 101 mini, cranked the Master, put gain at 50%, little trbl, a little mdrg, I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! !!! That Kenny Burrell, full archtop sound (with Rvb at 5/6, I couldn't ask for better!!!! ( well yeah, 4 lbs too)!!!!!! Thankx Pat "Q", and thankx Zzounds!!!!

Just got this from zZounds and haven't hardly stopped playing it,never mind comparing it to other amps it's in a class by itself,when you dial it in right. Been playing over 50 yrs I've owned Fender,Marshall and music man tube amps so I'm not bull bleeping ya it weighs nothing and sounds great,c'mon what else ya want
