I had to get a second one after waiting almost a year. These subs pound. They will not distort unless they are way underpowered. Your mains will run out of gas way before these do. The 130db is there and they can get low however, they sound great at low volume also. Honestly, I believe QSC had the DJ's in mind with this sub. I run it at 80hz 1500 watts playing top 40 and EDM with no issues. This sub is built to last and a little bigger/ heavier than powered models (95 pounds) but the handles are well placed and still fits in the bed of a pickup with room left for yor mains, amp rack and lighting.
