The locking mechanism on this stand completely failed after only a few uses.

This product was made in China. Quik Lok used to have their stands made in Italy. Since then, the quality has plummetted. I ordered 2 of these stands and still couldn't get one that didn't wobble. They're just poorly made and I would recommend a more expensive pro version which will more than likely be straight and stable.
