I bought this cable about 4 years ago. It lasted for about 6 months before it started shorting out. (no gigging just home use) However I kept the cable laying around. And 2 weeks ago we had a Category 4 hurricane in Florida. And when my lanai door came unlatched I needed to keep it tied down. I used this cable and it worked great even in 130 mph winds. For guitar not so good. But, if your in a hurricane it will hold stuff down.
