The sound is very nice. Use it as an additional 8 preamps with my digi 002 the drums sound I recorded sounded really great.

I have only used it for recording purposes it allows me to record 16 channels at a time into pro tools using my digi 002. Must say sounds great and gets the job done flawlessly. One quirk though the digi max lt must be turned on firs prior to the digi 002 or the computer in order to be recognized and not get digital pops and clicks in your recordings.

The product has been reliable, it's look is rather sleek. It looks cool in my rack.

For the price it can't be beat

I emailed presonus about the digi 002 were not communicating properly they weren't very helpful. So I did the scientific method
