Great unit, use it to add tube warmth to mics, bass DI, guitar DI. Very clean class A pre amps and the ability to dial in amount of tube tone. Plus, phantom power, phase, 10db pad & 80 Hz low cut.

I use this to add some tube roundness into my power amp rigs on my guitar and guitar synth rigs. Very clean, very quiet, just a hint of tube warmth not for distortion. Tube gain at max on guitar does not break up into clipping which is great for my use. I also use a preferred series 7025 12XA7. Great price, Presonus quality, on of the few instrument capable "mic" preamps. I convert my guitar line to XLR low imp to the power amp. Great unit.
