"Handy Little Tuner"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars

I own a few of these. I have given several to friends as gifts. I have yet to have a problem operating it or experienced anything other than simple, reliable operation. You put in the battery, clip it on your guitar headstock, turn it on and tune. What could be easier?I like this design better than those ones with clamps and goosenecks. This is more like a c-clamp in terms of how it attaches to your guitar. It's a more elegant solution, as an engineer would describe it.My only complaint? I took one off a guitar before sending the guitar off for repairs and now I can't find it. But that's my fault, not the manufacturer's fault.

This works easy enough. Clips right on. Biggest complaint is that it appears slow in response time and doesn't give any feedback until you are within a semitone of the target pitch making it nearly useless for tuning fresh strings that are very flat. Tuning indication is slightly flat, I find if the left flat line indicator is flickering and not solid then it is perfectly in tune(showing slightly sharp). Included batteries have a slip so they are not being used until you pull it. Functional for an already nearly tuned guitar/string. I will likely try another model or brand if I order a clip on tuner again.

Let me down twice at a gig. I'll be returning it.O pened the box, put in the battery, worked great at practice, then it's stays stuck on B in red with two red strips on the left.Tried it again at practice, it took a couple times of turning it on and off to work. Tried it at the gig, same B. So this is junk in my opinion.
