I’ve owned the Rane 12s and Phase. These CRSS12s take the cake as far as digital vinyl control goes. Never cared for the feel of the Rane 12’s. With phase, you’re at the mercy of battery life and the constant battle with signal. I constantly had to calibrate and reset my receivers. With the CRSS12s, the build quality is solid and the control is tight and accurate. Only complaint I have with these is the braking when pushing the stop button. The fast setting is too abrupt and the mid and slow setting are both too slow. So if you are used to the braking speed on a Technics 1200, you will be disappointed. Not really a huge deal to me. I would highly recommend these decks.
