This controller has a unresolved bad grounding issue. The jog wheels will be unresponsive if the grounding situation is not right. This grounding dilemma can be caused by your outlet, your laptop or your amp. You will have no clue about how well your equipment will function until you plug it up. I was basically ass out at 2 paying a gigs so far. I have to get rid of this thing at this point. To many unknowns with no solutions. Spoke to Pioneer and they were not much help. On a different note, I love the features when it's working properly

A lot bang for your buck and gets the job done nicely. Have not had any issues. The free shipping was incredibly fast and the controller was well packaged which is a huge plus! 3 payment plan was a blessing too! Happy Zzounds customer and DDJ owner.
