After taking a break for a few years and, honestly thinking I would never DJ again, I got the DDJ 400 to play a few gigs and start playing at home again. Long story short, I LOVE it! It has allowed me to not only start playing again, but has given me the tools to take my playing to a whole new level. I first bought a Mixtrack Platinum and while I really liked jog wheel display, as a whole, the sound and build quality can't touch Pioneer. Rekordbox is just as good as Serato at the basic level but even better in many other ways, plus you get the FULL version of Rekordbox without having to Shell out another $150-$200.i couldn't be happier with my purchase. DDJ 400 gives you basic professional quality gear at an entry level price. I also can not say enough about the folks at zZounds and their customer service. I will never shop anywhere else. They not only helped me decide what to do when I was unhappy with the Numark, they made the return and exchange process totally painless. 10/10!

Good but not for Djs who like to beatmix. The pitch control is not as accurate as turntables or traktor Audio 6.
