I'll never buy a basic single guitar stand again as long as these are still made. For just a few bucks more, it's superior in every way to the cheap stands found at music stores. The foam is thick and the firmness is just right. The tubing is bigger/stronger, the neck support goes higher, and it has a built-in guard to keep the instrument in it. It has a wider footprint so it's more stable. I can't say enough good things about these stands and have already recommended them to people.I wouldn't mind a few more color choices, like a purple or darker green >_> Otherwise, can't think of much I would change on these. And a shout out to zZounds for getting the two I now own to me in two days flat for no charge!

I was not hopeful when this product arrived in a clear plastic bag. Not being in a branded box tripped me out a bit. Still, I set it up and checked it out. This thing is solid! I mean SOLID. Any guitar would be stable on it. I have zero issues putting a Gibson on it. All the foam padding is the thickest I’ve seen on a stand, so you know your guitar is well protected. The latch is a little difficult to release. Personally, that’s a bonus to me. It means opening it is an intentional act which decreases the chances of dropping a guitar. Smart. I can see the white model in the darkest conditions, another added bonus. There are just so many reasons why it’s an amazing choice. For this style of stand, I wouldn’t buy another. It is just that good. If your considering buying a stand you won’t regret this purchase.

This is a really nice heavy duty stand. I got the red one and it looks really cool. It is a lot thicker than it looks in the picture. I've bought a lot of guitar stands and this is the best one I've ever got for this price range. It holds my acoustic and my electric guitars just fine. You'll never have to worry about your guitar falling over with this stand. I love that it comes in so many cool colors I have enough plane black stands.
