Ay yo hello, this cable has blown me away. I put onr in my garage space where everything that goes in there gets thrashed on by me & my boys & thos has held up to everything thrown at / on / around it. The jacket is kind of like the old pay phone cables that held the handset onto the phone. Those were indestructable & so is this cable. You wont be disappointed , seriously. I cannot comment on support because this cable doesnt need it & i havent used it. The cable is silent & has a lifetime warranty from pig hog. Idk what else to say. Only cables ill be buying in the future.✌️E
