Well, when I got the guitar action was super high, zZounds did great job getting it to me and payment plan was a plus. I brought my action down(simple tool kit was included) to my liking. This guitar plays and sounds awesome, don’t really like the sound hole adjustments for volume and tone. Sounds great plugged it not a lot of feedback , plays just as well as guitars three times it price. I’ve had it now four months I love this guitar

Right out of the box, this guitar is well set-up and plays great! I did put a set of Extra Light strings on it and that made all the difference! I now have 3 Acoustic Electrics:An Ibanez AE 390An Epiphone J 45 StudioAnd now this PRS Angelus A40 (all from zZounds)They all play different and make having a variety an absolute joy!

I've played MANY acoustic guitars. From cheap to a 1964 J45...This is my FAVORITE guitar. Beautiful guitar. Sounds amazing. And the neck is the most comfortable I've put my hands on. It's a wider neck, but it's a perfect fit. Love this guitar.

I was truly excited to get my first PRS. But the chinese factory must not care much for quality. It arrived with multiple design flaws, glue marks that seep out from the neck, the nut was twisted, the sound was honestly more disappointing . I won't be going back to PRS. I guess if you don't buy the top of the line ones from the factory in stevensville, the rest aren't up to par. I sent this guitar back and I'll probably go with something I know won't have any issues like this even if it's made overseas. If PRS knows this is the quality they have and signed off on it, then there's no reason for me to contact them. And let me clarify, when they ask in the survey what the wow factor is, mine was "wow this thing is junk"
