First off, the shipping was wicked quick! Second, after receiving it, I realized how well it was packed and shipped. Care was definitely taken! Third, battery case snapped on me, right away. After finding out the battery was still good, I used the built-in tuner, and tuned it up to E scale. Fourth, the sound! The sound (unplugged) was just shy of amazing! Buttery, warm, bright, and fluid. For an entry model Ovation, once you draw your first strum on a perfectly tuned guitar, you would swear that it wasn't! The action is set perfectly, no string buzz, and everything just flows! Fifth, once plugged in, you will experience the same gratifying results! If you're on the fence on budget and quality, I think you know what to do! You cannot beat the price for the quality!
