"Great Little Amp"

I watched and read many reviews on Mini practice amps. Mainly because bigger amps that I own are to big for home practice. A 20-30 or 60 watt amp turned down low suffer in sound. Out of all the Mini's, Orange's new Crush Mini offers the feature of line out to drive a full size cabinet. You can push the amp with or without an extension cabinet get great sound without ruining relationships.I would buy this amp again. No regrets.

"Amazing Tiny Amp!!"

I took one look at it and said "nice toy". Wife thought it was cute but wondered what it would sound like, since it's smaller than a shoebox. Popped the cable in from my Tele custom and DAMN!! LOUD!! Breaks up beautifully, if not a tad early on hotter single coils. But my Strat with vintage handwounds in the 6k range sang with little break up. It truly is an amazing little amp. So, plugged it into the pre-amp of my Fender Blue Deluxe Tweed beast, OMG! I can actually USE my Fender again. The low volume sounds wonderful. My preamp has some bad fuzz in it, so switched to channel 1 and then 2, still sounded incredible. That was all running off the already installed 9V battery!! So this little angel of the practice world serves multiple purposes: Tiny go any where amp that rocks by itself; preamp head for your expensive tube amp you can't use at home due to shattering windows and pissed off wife/neighbors, and shop amp for testing your handy work on rewire jobs (finding that short before it's too late!). It's everything I was looking for and more. Orange you are amazing.

Comparing this product with other amps this amp can get loud really fast its great for practice , indoors, and travel. Uses 9 volt battery, power adapter unfortunately is not included but you can get one for chep or you can opt for using rechargeable batteries like I do. The Tone is really great it kinda gives great mids, the overdirve is awful but thank God they make pedals for that. Overall it sounds like a fender 10watt amp like those that they give free when you buy a starter guitar amp. Really an A+ product for its 69 dollar price, definetley will get more Orange AMPs they give you Fender or Marshall type quality for less

Lots of fun and extremely practical. I have a 1x8 cabinet with a Celestion speaker that I often plug this into and it sounds great. It's nice by itself when I go out in the evenings and practice. I'm a devoted tube amp guy but I give the Orange solid state amps high marks for their great sound. I would have been happy to pay a little more if it had an effects loop.

I've had it about 2 weeks now and put it through the ringer. I looked at other battery powered mini amps in the $100 price range pretty hard. 2 I liked better But!... Speaker out! Sold. The boss and the blackstar sound better as is. But... No speaker out. That is a pretty big deal. I have 3 all tube amps. One is a orange and I have a orange micro dark Solid state. I needed a battery powered amp to jam on when I'm in the party van. I narrowed it down to 3 not favoring orange. Not a good stock speaker when pushed. And yes the little orange can push. But the speaker line out was the reason I went with the orange. Toy amp? Yes. But the little toy orange can push a Marshall 4x12. With A 9v Battery! And sounds really good and strong. Now to the headphones line out. Really good. Speaker simulation for sure. The fun part about the phones out line is it plugs into my party vans 4000 watt stereo system. Ha! A 4000 watt Orange amp. Oh hell yeah! Orange gets it done. And they look pretty cool. Black or Orange.
