The sound is so full and rich. The parametric sweep is amazing. The Blend actually blends the gain together with the clean sound instead of just distorting the signal...amazing.
The FS-1 footswitch DOES work and will switch between clean and blended gain (I know, I bought one) it is VERY well built and even the feel of the knobs is quality.
So simple a child could figure it out. No joke...the blend control has a picture of a blender over it. Simple enough???
Its an ORANGE amp, you CAN'T miss it in the room for sure. I think its so beautiful its ART.
This is my first Orange amp and I see a head and cabinet in my future..they (and zZounds) have a customer for life.

When buying I was tempted by the smaller Orange Crunch 50watt. Then I saw this one. I know with a bass amp the more air you push with a larger speaker the better. So I chose this one! It’s heavier than I expected (didn’t check that when ordering!) but that’s no big deal. I’m really glad I got this one!! Easy control layout with each control knob actually makes a difference in sound/tone! The blend control is awesome. I was able to find my desired sound easily! The sound is full and rich and the 15” speaker hits you in the gut like a bass should! Buy this amp, I swear you’ll be happy! It IS heavy at about 65 pounds!

I was so excited to get this Orange Bass Amp. My excitement turned to sadness when I plugged in my Fender Bass and the amp was DOA. It was a beautiful non- functioning boat anchor. The good news is that zZounds sent a shipping label to me for the return. I praise zZounds for excellent customer service and I realize it was beyond their control, but I will not be buying Orange again.
