I had been sitting on the couch to practice my guitar and it was killing my back. the 1st time I used this chair, it was instant relief. it has taken the pain away. I would recommend it to any one, actually I have already, my brother. I received it a couple days before great chair, I had been practicing with my guitar on the couch and it was killing my back. the first time I used it, instant relief, Back does not bother me. Shipping was great. I have not dealt with the manufacturer so I really can't rate them.
