This is the best case for the DDJ-1000 because the mixer fits perfectly in it and you can also store your cables without a problem. I'm a DJ who is always moving and going to different events and I needed something light and strong to protect my investment. I have been using this gig bag for two years now and it still holding strong looking like new. Its made from a very good material and its well built.

This is a great bag for holding your DDJ SRT and similar sized controllers. I recommend getting a bad instead of holding your controller around all day. It's not a hard case but the build is very sturdy and will protect from water spills etc. The biggest issue with this bag is the zipper. The zipper is extremely cheap and will not last. I have bought two of these bags and had the zippers repaired on both of them twice. The stitching around the zipper is not quality, especially for somebody who gigs 4-5 days a week.I'd still recommend this bag, because it's light. But just be cautious.
