"Sounds great but terrible manual and support"

Great little product. I do plan to use on my pedal board as well as occasionally use to record. User manual is terrible and website isn’t not much better. They pretty much rely on the Facebook user group and peer made YouTube videos to provide peer support. Updating firmware required an extra step to calibrate the expression pedal, if you don’t do this, no sound. Again good product but they need someone to write a more comprehensive manual.

I tried this box, because it seemed interesting in some videos, got it, and it has some neat "gimmicky" graphics, but it sounds, and feels as if, it's choking on my playing. I have an old Zoom 505 II, I swear by, and this doesn't even compare with that. Or, (of course) my analog board, with my JCM 900, Marshall SL-X half stack. Amps still rule!!!

Was looking for a quick fix to having to lug my amp around for practice and plug straight into the mixing board. Presets were okay, but I had trouble finding a simple clean and simple distortion setting. Not terrible, not great.

its ok at night thru headphones, only a couple good amp sims, effects are cheesey, the drum patterns are just stupid ,finding a good beat and tone is like looking for a needle in a haystack. the looper was not bad I dont know why I kept it

Upon second look at MG-300, I have to say it is a pretty interesting little gadget. Small enough to go into a gig bag but with big features. Haven't tried them all but what I have checked are pretty interesting. Go easy on the volume though while changing presets as some are extremely loud right out of the gate. Over all, I have decided to keep the unit. ANd the construction was not as bad as I first thought.

I decided to give the MG a second go around. Upon which I found the tuner to work fine. And Since I was comparing apples and oranges when I tried to make it stand up against the Boss ME-80 it wasn't really a fair comparison. It appears a bit sturdier than I first thought it to be. I am going to keep it for a second in command for carrying with me to smaller venues.

Very cheaply made. plastic that children's toys are sturdier than. Tuner wouldn't work correctly. Returned it. I hope I don't lose money on this deal for shipping and restocking. Shouldn't be restocked if tuner is not functioning properly.
