I'm satisfied with the audio 10. It is a key piece in my set up. I probably wont have to purchase another one for another 5 years unless it gets stolen. Even after 5 years I'm sure I could always find a use for it in the studio.
Sound
The sound quality is very clean! I love it. It's perfect for djing with 4 decks or any configuration u want with 10 in and 10 out. When using internal mixing mode it gives back just as good sound as if it came straight from a mixer. Maybe 1 more input and output would be nice ;)
Features
It has 10 inputs and 10 outputs, perfect for djs who use 4 decks. Enables timecode for traktor scratch pro.
Ease of Use
Setting up this device is like setting up a video game console but with more cables, so if you don't know how to do that then you can easily figure it out by reading the manual. If you have traktor or other native instruments software this soundcard will be easy to set up.
Quality
It's made out of metal. The top side is a smooth shinny acrylic and the functions light up . This soundcard has been solid and i haven't had any problems with it.
Value
audio 10 comes with a better dj program than Serato which costs more.
Manufacturer Support
Yes they are great but they are in Germany which means they wont be able to answer your emails right away. The best thing to do is call them at their Los Angeles headquarters if you need customer service. They solved my problem and they were nice.

Sound
By far one of the best interfaces on the market next to Serato SL3-4. Works with my program great and I cannot wait to expand with its versatile functions. Havent recorded with the audio 10 but it sounds great live. The interface works better than the Maya44 I used before. The only way to make the interface sound better is to have best quality music. Other than that it is the best bang for your buck for professional users.
Features
The NI Audio 10 comes with a usb cable for your laptop. It has 10 channels for the most creative mind. I do not suggest using all of them for beginners. Everything is set up well and easy to use.

Pop in the software disk. Plug in and play.

Product is very professional and rugged design. I think this product will last forever.

pretty pricey but not expensive. Worth the value.
