I purchased this on December 18th of last year/2023.It worked fine for literally two weeks and then the display screen darkened on it's own and could not be adjusted with the brightness function.I opened a customer support ticket with Native Instruments and after 2 more weeks of back and forth and pointless troubleshooting, they told me someone from the "Hardware Team" would be getting back to me. It has now been an additional week with no response from NI.I called zZounds last week to find out about a replacement. They told me I have to deal with NI directly for warranty protection/replacement. I am telling anyone considering buying this...DO NOT.Native Instruments has the WORST customer service of any manufacturer I have ever encountered. They will not allow you to speak to a person over the phone.The phone numbers they give out are fraudulent.Stay away from Native Instruments equipment unless you want to be in customer support hell for weeks on end.You have been warned.
