If you want a complete speaker stand package... This is is definitely a product worth a look at... From the great quality build of the stands and carrying case to the ease of use and value... It's simply awesome... The manufacturer's website is very easy to navigate and find what you're looking for which is a plus... The only reason why I did not give this product a 5 star in Overall, Quality and Wow Factor is because overall I was a tad bit dissapointed about the quality because mine arrived with a broken height clutch which brings down the wow factor... Nevertheless it is an easy fix... Went to the manufacturer's website and found a replacement height clutch easily... No need to contact zZounds for RMA unless they want to replace it... As always, zZounds have been great... Transaction is very easy and fast... Nearly all of my orders arrive within 2 to 3 days with regular shipping... Plus the payment plans are amazing... Great customer service over the phone too... My go to place for my music gear for the past 3 years...
Sound
It makes alluminum noises when assembling and deassembling to let you know it's real aluminum and not plastic... So the sound is great... LOL...
Features
Rubber feet holds the stand in place even on soft carpet... The twisting knobs allows you to adjust height and lock the pole in place... It even has holes on the poles at different heights to allow a pin to lock the pole completely in place... The locking pin is attached the stand and it is included... The carrying case has a divider in the middle which divides the stands once inside... Comes with a dual carrying handle and a detachable shoulder strap...
Ease of Use
This thing is so easy to use that putting together a tent for camping is more complicated than this... In fact... TV's nowadays are more complicated that this... How hard can it be??? Take it out the carrying case (included) and pull the legs outward... Twist a knob to lock the legs in place... Adjust the pole by pulling upward... Lock the pole in place with a pin and then tighten the knob to seal the deal... You're done..
Quality
All aluminum construction... Nothing is plastic with the exception of the knobs and the fasteners to lock the pole height in place... The locking pin is metal so it won't bend very easy plus it is attached to the stand so you won't lose it... Rubber feet for great traction and the carrying case that's well built... Carrying case seem to be made of a tough nylon like material of some sort... Seems great for all weather conditions, although I'm not saying the case is water proof... The zipper on the case is sturdy and well built... All around great package...
Value
I've ownedd other speaker stands from different manufacturers and this one is definitely up there in value... A great quality product... Highly recommended... Great value overall...

This is the only problem I have... But don't be alarmed... It's not a big deal... When mine arrived from zZounds, my height clutch was broken... Not zZounds fault... Good thing you can lock the pole in place with the locking pin... But the great thing about all this is that the manufacturer makes it easy for you to find replacement parts for their products on their website... Just type in the model number of the product at the replacement parts menu and bam... I'm currently ordering a replacement height clutch for only $2.59... No big deal...

It looks very professional before you even take it out of the carrying case that came with it... That's saying something...

KISS. It is a very simple design. The height is adjusted via a collar with knob but it also has a pin and holes in the pole as back up..
Ease of Use
Very simple.
Quality
The quality seems good. I have been using these OnStage stands to handle a pair of JBL MRX515's. Admittedly, these cabinets weigh much less than the 120 lb limit of the stands, so I have had NO PROBLEMS at all with these stands. The bag is heavy-duty with plenty of room. I cannot complain about this equipment but keep in mind that I have had these for a couple of years; things are subject to change...

It seems to be a great value. I think the quality of the stands and bag are well worth the price.
