"WORTH ITS WEIGHT IN GOLD - FANTASTIC GUITAR FOR AN UNBELIEVABLE PRICE!"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
This review has been selected by our experts as particularly helpful.
Keeping this forever ... I also play a 12 string Yamaha - so, these two guitars are keepers for life! I chose this because it is a 'Martin' . meets my musical needs .. if lost or stolen I'd replace w. same or maybe w. the Dreadnaught DC 1E - I love the feel, the sound, the look, the beauty, the ease of playing. There is nothing I dislike about this guitar.
Sound
l...ove this guitar! best value ever! sounds/plays great! I fingerpick and strum - so easy, fun w. this guitar. Looks like a work of art, worth 10 x what the cost is for a Martin. I also play a 12-string Yamaha and I'm so happy I picked up THIS Martin .. wow! in all areas.
Features
Acoustic/Electric w. built-in tuner ... not 'fancy' but beautifully made, enjoyable to play, gorgeous to look at :) I actually like it better 'not plugged in' but either way, a great deal, an awesome guitar!
Ease of Use
Use a capo or note ... use a pick or fingerpick ... strum ... easy, sounds great, feels 'right' and there is no 'learning curve' - excellent playability!
Quality
Well made - finish and fit are perfect. Reliable, dependable, sturdy and a guitar to 'take on the road' - there are no minus' to this guitar . Well worth the money, to say the least. Will 'open up' after awhile for an even richer sound.
Value
WOW! ... you cannot get anything better for this price ... thought it would cost 5 x as much! LOVE IT and the price cannot be beat!
Manufacturer Support
Martin is the best - around 'forever' - in the family and made in the USA... handmade, gorgeous guitar, friendly and 'know everything' people. Warranty is for life!
The Wow Factor
Looks like a 'work of art' - the wood, color, shape, style = outstanding ... def. a guitar you will lust after. Also, sounds awesome!!!

"Best " Bang for the Buck" guitar on this planet"

It's a hand built Martin, what else needs to be said?
Sound
I'll make this simple and consice. This guitar is without a doubt the " Bang for the Buck" you can get. Martin has finally put all the top level build quality, materials and skill in to this instrument , kept all the unecessary trim amd frills off and built a real " working Players" dream guitar.
Features
It's most useful feature is it plays and sounds like a dream and you can use it night in and night out as a working player without fear of scratching it or pampering it. It's a work tool and a really fine one.
Ease of Use
came with all the care and feeding manuals, case and necessary paperwork
Quality
I really don't believe that Martin could build this any better. This is an average guys chance to own true Martin quality without breaking the bank.
Value
this guitar is worth ten times it's price
The Wow Factor
it's simple elegance is it's beauty.

I've owned this guitar for about 1 1/2 years; it is the best acoustic guitar i have ever purchased and i just can't sing it enough praises. it is beautiful to look at, the woods smell great and it sounds better every time i play it. when i jam with friends they want to trade guitars so they can play it. I just tell them to get thier own. it is truely 100% Martin. I've always wanted to own a Martin but could never afford one until i bought this.
