This guitar cuts through mix like you would expect a D18 to but with much more volume. I know this is called a D-18 but really should have it’s own number like d-19 or d-20. It’s tone is great but kind of it’s own, not as punchy as an 18 but warmer. The mahogany smell is my favorite part, every time I open my case it’s like a smell of heaven!
