Sometime I just stand in my studio, low A latched down, sweeping the filter and getting weak in the knees. This thing sounds so fat, huge and dirty... then you crank that Multidrive and you're like "WTF there is seriously MORE?!"This thing slays, that's all there is to it. If you want fat Moog sound, you want this synth.

I expected to be blown away. I am, and then some. First, the build quality is a step above. Everything feels solid and built like a tank. I've barely looked at the manual because it mostly just does what you expect it to do the way you expect it to work. Everything is quick and easy and nothing gets in the way of creativity. The sound is just exquisite. Throaty lows from pristine clean to grinding dirt and everything in between and a presence to every note that is effortless to obtain. Getting a bad sound from it is MUCH harder than finding the seemingly endless good sounds. I have other synths that I love, and I still do, but none of them can do what this one does, and it does it effortlessly. Oh, and the key bed is fantastic as well (and I have some fantastic key beds for comparison). If you expect your first Moog to knock your sock off and become a forever synth, you won't be disappointed.

There's a saying and it goes, "There are many synthesizers on the market from various manufacturers. If you want to know which brand to buy you need not ask anyone. Just look at professional studio equipment setups. You will ALWAYS see a Moog in amongst the gear!"The Sub37 is by far the crème de la crème for insane leads and low bass. This machine's sound can not be replicated!
