I love this guitar, it looks great, sounds great, plays nice and smooth.When I first got it I noticed the nut had been filed in a way that the D string actually touched the tuning machine post of the A string.I went to Michael Kelly's website asked them about it got a pretty quick response that they would look into it and get back to me.I waited at least a week and never heard anything, sent another email still no response, at that point I just replaced the nut myself, its not rocket science.It was almost two weeks later that I heard from them telling me there was nothing they could do and that I should just return the guitar.I'm keeping it, I just likely will never buy another Michael Kelly guitar or will I ever recommend them to anyone else.
