i have bought many 12 string guitars - the action is perfect ! just a very solid guitar - the amplifier boxes sends out some electrifying sound - the way and acoustic electric guitar should be ! and that is not being connected to the amplifier ! mannn ! i rate this a 10 out of 10 - 5 stars

I got the guitar and the action was very high, 3.0mm at 12th fret. The piezo pickup was not picking up the high E correctly. Third the tuning pegs of D strings are not working correctly. Feels like gears are binding in one and slipping in another.Spent a few hours shaving saddle to correct height. The piezo pickup had a large, what appears to be solder, lump on the end stopping saddle from contacting pickup. Used Dremel to create an area for the lump to sit down in so high E worked again. I turned a lump of coal into a diamond. Plays great now!
