"A great clip-on light with fully adequate lighting"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars

This clip-on light rocks. There is more than enough light to play in otherwise total darkness, definitely in a venue where the light on stage is very poor. Each arm is seperately adjustable and can easily light 2 seperate sheets/pages fully. When the brightest light isn't necessary, you can use the lower light settings to conserve power. The only reason I rated it a 9 instead of a 10 is that it would be a little better if the attaching clip was a little stronger which would make it less prone to tipping on very thin surfaces like a standard music stand.

"Mighty Bright Duet 2 w/AC adapter included -- just the greatest"

We've just now purchased our fourth Mighty Bright Light, and our second Duet 2 music light w/ AC adapter included. We use these on music stands in low-light situations, and they are excellent. You also never have to worry about the batteries dying if you have electricity nearby. Lightweight, compact, and easily adjustable, they produce an amazing volume of light that is selectable.

Musical Background:

Played in bands for years as well as playing several instruments at home.

Musical Style:

Mostly Rock-N-Roll, a little country, religious, and folk. I play piano as well as several other instruments.

"Faulty push button switches"

Overall: 2.5 out of 5 stars

I have had one of these for a year and a half. I use it to like the keyboard on by laptop when using it in the dark. It is too dim for that because of the display brightness. That not withstanding, there is a push button switch on each light that cycles off, one on, two on. Those switches began to fail intermittently almost from the beginning. Now the left one has completely failed.

Played accoustic guitar for 50 years ... still not very good at it

"Mighty Bright Duet 2 LED Music Light"

Overall: 1 out of 5 stars

Started out as a pretty good music stand light, although nowhere near as bright as a traditional "aquarium" bulb style music stand light. Pros: light weight, battery operated with optional power supply. My complaint, after about six months of use,the LEDs became extremely dim, and unusable. I use optional power supply along with new batteries, no change. Very disappointed. NOTE: This review required that I rate the "sound", which I gave 5 stars. The light was absolutely quiet. I had not contact with the manufacturer, thus 1/2 star.

Musical Background:

Been playing guitar since I was 13. Played guitar professionally for about 10 years.

Musical Style:

Professional cover band was mostly R&R. Now, I fiddle around with country, blues, rock.

Cool little light. Sufficient enough to illuminate my mixer. The Clip needs some re-thinking. Needs a deeper recess to lengthen installation for a uniformed weight distribution. The clip surface area is too shallow so the weight & size of the body causes instability resulting in involuntary movement of the unit from the smallest vibration or just simply trying to adjust the position of the lights. The price was right so I just used some Velcro.
