Just plain awesome! No other tube amp has even come close, worth every penny of the $2,100! The tones are better than my Fender tube amps!

I own eight Mesa Boogies including a Mark II C+, a Mark V90 and yes, a new Mark VII. I love Marks but the Fillmore knocks my socks off. I have a Fillmore 50 combo. I've always loved Fender Deluxe Reverbs and own one. A magical amp. But move over Fender. The Fillmore, pretty much the same size, offers up so much more versatility, including glistening cleans, the Fender's strong suit. It's modeled more after Fender Tweeds so can serve up however much edge you want in your clean sound. Unlike the Fender, the Fillmore gives you two amp sounds at the ready. Clean, crunchy clean, all the way to monster tight gain, but always musical. I could go on and on about this amp. It has whatever you want and it always sounds great. It's the best cover band amp you can buy unless you have your sights squarely on metal. And portable! You'll love it.
