First thing, the mixer arrived within 2 days which was great! Setup after unboxing was easy and seamless. I needed a mixer primarily for DJ Events with extra mic channels, but I also wanted to have separate control between my mains/tops and subwoofer speakers. This mixer answered the call with little effort. I now have more headroom with levels and more control with multiple mics regarding channels, EQ, and feedback issues. There are plenty of preset Fx that can be customized if/when needed.The added icing is that this mixer has additional features that I can use at home for multiple media projects including streaming and remixing songs in track format. I wanted actual faders to slide quickly for levels rather than knobs or menu screens. I had enough cables and adapters to test out the mixer, but I plan to order the exact cable configurations and lengths I will need and a case or bag. I have no ratings for Mackie support as I have not had any issues. 2 thumbs up to zZounds and Mackie.
